Hello Rebecca!
Quick question. I read your article on healthy cookware and ended up buying a Tramontina 18/10 stainless steel Tri-ply clad set.It says it is induction capable. I'm not really sure what that means and whether it has any health hazards. Any thougths on that?
Also do you think this was a good choice or should I go with a more expensive brand? Is it good enough quality?
Thank you!
Edi

Re: induction capable stainless steel
You've got excellent quality cookware....enjoy it. "Induction capable" means you can use it on a smooth-top, induction range.
May you be well nourished,
Rebecca
